Many frustrations with this bank - wish I could give 0 stars. Funds aren't available for 7-10 business days. The drive-thru lines always take more than 10 minutes for whatever you are doing. When I got married it was a major hassle to change my name and is now a major hassle to deposit any checks with my maiden name. I cannot deposit anything for my child into our account either. The whole mobile app and deposit system is really awful.

No stars didn’t know how to do negative stars. Being 57 years once a farmer then corporate America. I have dealt with many banks, my friend is an accountant and has dealt with many banks as well. This bank doesn’t even have a close second. BY FAR THE MOST HORRIBLE BANK EVER!!!!!!!! No money there anymore

The staff is great and friendly, however that is where it ends. Be aware that funds deposited will not be available for 7-10 business days and they won’t give you a straight answer. They use words like shouldn’t or probably won’t, no straight answers. We had hopes that this place was what they marketed and promoted but its not and full of hidden policies that lock up your money.

Very helpful staff, always quick and efficient! Nice environment inside the bank and great online tools/mobile app to manage my accounts. Highly recommend!

Havent had any issues, great customer service. Alot of online features as well if you're in a hurry or need to check your account asap.

Very disappointing struggle to have perfect payment history and even being a member they still slam the door on u 273000 dollar property paid for and can't even get a heloc loan time to go elsewhere

I feel as though I made a mistake opening an account at South Point Credit Union. Live and learn, I guess.
