They gave me a good rate on my new Tesla loan, 4.94% APR as a 19 year old, all locations are in northern Minnesota, they should have locations closer to the twin cities. Also getting ahold of the bank is somewhat difficult.

I think this back is actually worse than Wells Fargo and I had no idea that was possible. I had closed my accounts in November if 2020, and what do you know, there is more stimulus money! Well, the bank is suppose to return the money to the IRS but guess what? It never was. For my 2nd AND 3rd stimulus. So now I still haven’t received either, I’ve been back and forth between this dumb bank and the IRS and I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s like they don’t want to help you. And I’m pretty sure someone here stole my money because how does the IRS not receive not only 1 but 2 rejected stimulus payments?

The staff I have spoke with have been incredibly helpful however in a situation where they accepted payments on a loan that was no longer being serviced by them their true colors started to show. I called in and requested to speak to a manager about their finance department not returning the payment and a week later they had made no attempt to contact me. I understand how busy businesses are but choosing to not respond in a matter like this make them look uninterested in helping their members. I would not recommend this credit union. There are much better credit unions that are more organized in the area.

Have had nothing but problems with this bank sense the switch in the process of closing all my accounts with them and never returning can't even get a hold of anyone. What a joke

Terrible service. Shut my accounts off while traveling to Pennsylvania (domestically). Called to validate I was there for work and they said they'd turn my CC back on in 48 hours while I was sitting there unable to pay for my taxi at the hotel. Automated central phone lines so you cant speak to anyone you actually want to. 0/10 do not recommend. I've moved all my money (as has the rest of my family) to a different bank.
