Went to open a checking and savings account, while I got the best service while setting up my account, I was in a rush to get to work and my debit card was not finished. I had made it to work, with a voicemail stating one of the workers at the bank lived near my place of work, and actually brought me my debit card to my job so I didn't have to go back and pick it up! AMAZING customer service.

I tried using there automated phone system to talk to a person at the local branch in Isle MN. I was looking to tranfer my accounts to them and also apply for a construction load. Unfortuately there is no way to call them direct. No worries there are other banks wanting my business that will take a phone call. Spire People still do business with peopleand want more than an automated system.
