Leading Edge Credit Union, Jackson, MN

This bank is terrible. The main head office was great! Can't say anything bad about the guy that helped my husband with some serious issues that was going on with the bank we use. He fixed everything to a t and was really nice. I still would not recommend anyone going to this bank in general. My husband has been using this bank for a little over 2 years and has only had one problem after another. Take my advice, USE A DIFFERENT BANK!

Will have to up date with the name of the gentleman that called me today. But he called me this morning to speak about an earlier issue and he was very helpful. I never thought a bank cares about my opinion until today. Thank you.

I have been banking at leading edge credit for awhile. Been banking at jackson, mn branch and they have helped me out tremendously. The staff has been very helpful to me. I would refer anyone to transfer to leading edge credit union. Excellent staff. Help through a situation I had and came threw with all the information. They call make sure your happy with everything and if questions call. I highly recommend this credit union. Great atmosphere. I really appreciate the staff. Thank so very much.

I switched from corporate America banks to a local credit union! Best move! Personable staff in Jackson where I work and in Worthington closer to home! Great new coffee bar in Jackson! Thanks to all the staff there today with my banking and help with my coffee while my blood sugar was crashing. Highly recommend this credit Union and staff!
