I went to get my six month old formula because i ran out. It says I have $214 in my checking and $150 in my savings, I just cashed my check today. My card did not go through, it said unauthorized card usage. I didn't know getting my six month old baby girl who is hungry food was unauthorized card usage. I took videos of me going to the bank and it showing what is in my checking to try and get my baby girl formula. That I will be showing the bank. Mind you I cannot breastfeed right now. I didn't know alliance bank thought that feeding your baby is unauthorized. If I would have known that, I would have known better.

When I asked to speak to the manager Eliane did not even call her manager. But instead decided to recite over and over very loudly how my account has been overdrawn in front of other people. If you would like other people to hear about your account go to alliance bank.

Love the bank and people there! I am actually sad I now have direct deposit for my checks so I wont see them all as often!
