this bank is not upfront and honest and they are not willing to do much to obtain business. they seem to make business decisions based off of small town personal information. not professional, not friendly.

Always enjoyed working with the Citizens Alliance Team, friendly, knowledgeable staff that takes care of its customers!

This bank seems sketchy . They issue bad checks from ARCA Recycling, fraudulently using a Mass Utility company "EVERSOURCE" name and logo. Ironically both the issuer of the check website and this bank have the same LOGO.. I suspect they are colluding in a major scam and would report to your state attorney general as I did.
