Lakeview Bank, Lakeville, MN

One star because there is no 0. I have my mortgage loan with this Bank, I have to do some repairs in my house due to storm damage which the Insurance company issue a check on our names and the bank's name. The construction company finished the repairs and I have to paid them while the bank is retaining the insurance money. I called them almost every day for over a month, in the beginning they ask me for prove of a 0 balance on the construction company which they already have. I submitted the received where shows that I paid them the total balance and called them to let them know that the check should be issue on my name only since I paid the company. Well I received a check with an endorsement to the company. I really don't know what is going on. Still today every time I call them is like we are rushing the request it would take 3 to 5 business day. I have heard this for over a month. All I am claiming is my money!!!!
