When we entered into a construction loan with them they were promised to watch rates and provide lock options starting 90-days in advance. That never happened and instead rates climbed substantially over the period. They are poor communicators. There are many mortgage choices in the Twin Cities so I would stay away from these people. They took our closing costs and then didn't do what they said they would.

This bank is awesome, I’ve been banking with them for years, the staff are very kind and helpful! I moved recently and still drive back to this bank, any issues I’ve had they resolve right away.

I love this bank, so sad I'm moving and that I can't go here anymore. This is my favorite bank ever! Tear.

Great service, everyone goes above and beyond. Everyone is happy too and really seem to like what they do.
