This credit union is going down the crapper very fast. Some genius thought it to be a good idea to move the atm onto the side of the building in a drive through teller lane so if you drive a pickup or large SUV dont even waste your time trying to use the atm from your vehicle. Closed on Saturdays, business hours during the week are not favorable for regular working folks. Higher loan interest rates than other credit unions, ridiculous fees for line of credit accounts even when you dont use the account. Very disappointed in the direction they are going.

The ATM is moved to another lane. No covering so you get rained on, I had to unbuckle, stretch out and down from my truck, attempt usage without being able cover the pinpad whatsoever with a second hand. Felt very insecure. All that to discover now they charge a $3 fee when they had reciprocity with my CU prior.

Don't call in to have an duplicate card made cause they will close the current one and then you have to wait 7 to 10 business days but they want you to use your credit cards or come to the bank and withdraw money from your account.

The best credit union by far, I have been with them for 30 years and have always had great service.

Been a member for years after switching from tcf, never had any problems.
