We were referred to Brent by our realtor, and for good reason. Brent was amazing from beginning to end for us. He constantly kept us informed on the status of our loan application from beginning to end. We actually didn't meet in person until closing day, because Brent was able to handle everything electronically, which was nice with a busy schedule. There was never a time that I felt Brent was unavailable, as he was quick to always answer any questions or concerns. Once I emailed him on Memorial Day weekend and got an out-of-office auto email back, and I figured it could wait until after the holiday weekend as it was no rush, but within 10 minutes Brent was calling me on my cell phone. Brent is the only one I would ever recommend to anybody when it comes to financing a home.

I went through Prime Source Funding for my recent home loan, Brent Busch was so great to work with! He was always available for any questions I had and always answered so quickly. I'm not usually available to talk on the phone during the day, because of my job. Brent made the whole process so easy, communicating through emails or asking me to call him when I was available if it was something that was a little more complicated and required a phone call. He was always very reassuring if I was nervous about something and willing to explain anything and everything. I would definitely, highly recommend Brent, and I will be talking to him if I ever buy another house!
