Excellent customer service. The woman I talked to this afternoon was absolutely wonderful and promptly tended to my deposit situation! Every time I go there, it’s clean and just overall very welcoming. The limit of free transfers you can make in a month could be increased, but other than that, not a bad bank.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got a loan with Topline as my only option to finance a vehicle when I was in a pinch. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. When I sold my vehicle I had 4 different people tell me 4 different answers when it came to how I should go about paying off the entirety of my loan. On top of that, they sent me the lien release for a completely different person and vehicle once I did pay off the loan. Avoid them at all costs. They cause nothing but additional stress. Nothing about working with them is easy.

I've been a member for over 30 years. They have never made a mistake on any of my accounts. And there is always an option to speak with someone and they have always been helpful.

10 years with Topline. And someone said it best. Their customer support has gone down the drain. My family has a mix of 10 accounts with them. Checking and savings. I had fraud attempts on my account. They charged me $29 a pop. I also had to spend $29 for the stop payment. When I asked if I was on the hook for all of the fees the lady responded "We don't know if this is because of you or someone else". We'll be out as soon as possible.

Today I went to Topline credit union in Maple Grove on Jefferson Ave. No one was working the drive thru I pressed the intercom twice no one responded. After 5 minutes I went parked my car and went inside. There was only 2 tellers. I talked to the branch manager and expressed my frustration with no one working the drive thru. She kept apologizing but offered no solution. She should have started helping customers and her poor tellers instead of sitting in her office but she didn't I've been a member for about 12 years. After 10 minutes of the line not moving I left. Not at all good customer service not to mention the inconvenience.

Great experience with our HELOC. We ran into issues with our old mortgage company not having properly filed the lien release. Stephanie was great. She was super responsive and diligent in helping us through it.
