Never had a single issue

Used to be a great bank! I have used this bank for at least the last 10 years. However, unfortunately, I will be closing my account. Very disappointed that the drive-thru window isn't even open on Saturdays for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my card being compromised (didn't know they were going to cancel my card completely) now I'm stuck with no money, and no way to even get money. Won't have a new card for at least 2 weeks. I have no way to get cash for the weekend now at this point. Sad to go because they have taken good care of me, but not having a way to access my money on the weekend without a debit card, is unacceptable, especially considering I have a small child!
