First Independent Bank, Marshall, MN

if you want terrible petty service this is your place to go! banked with them for about a year before throwing in the towel. not nice, wont communicate with you, wont cash a check with verified funds IN the account even. Our mortgage comes out on the 7th, go to pay it on the 7th from the bank (who the mortgage was literally made through) and they charge a $40 fee almost every time, seemed to be depending on their mood, not the time of day. Just go somewhere else haha

Great bank

Very rude bank. Probably the worst bank in this town, my husband was with them for several years and they were horrible. The customer service bankers are incredibly rude, overall terrible experience. We’ve been with our current bank for two years now and they are a dream compared to this bank.
