I have been banking with First National Bank of Milaca my whole life. But the turning point in my trust in them was when they backed me up when starting my business in 2007. Starting a business in a small town can be scary, and the questions they posed were hard to answer with so many unknowns as a brand new entrepreneur. But they showed they take their investments seriously. I appreciate the integrity they continue to use and the support they continue to lend when I need it. Their staff is great and their support in the community is wonderful. We are lucky to have a financial team like this one in our small town.

Our family spent the last 30 years as invisible customers banking with Wells Fargo. We finally decided to make the move to First National Bank and we couldn't be happier. Their entire team provides friendly, efficient and enthusiastic service. They greet you on the street and know your name! We are so SO glad we made the move. Wish we would have done it 30 years sooner!!

I have banked with 1st since 1999 and plan to continue! They are careful about their loan process, which may make some upset but I feel they are protecting the overall investment of the bank, members and community. If we really hit hard times 1st will still be standing because of their careful management! Thank you Terry B., loan dept. and tellers for excellent service!

It was very pleasant experience. Mrs Worth was very helpful with closing out my deceased mothers account and helped us open a new account in a very emotional time

Can’t log on to website and also the change of drive up hours to 5pm makes it impossible for working people to get to the bank until Saturday

The "new" website is worse I can't set up a new online access. Can I use the old website? Very discouraged
