This bank has been great working with! I had been with them for 3 years and had no issues, even times I was having some hardships Elias worked with me. I was able to make payments through a simple text which I loved. Very good company overall easy to work with and caring as long as you’re doing you’re part. Highly recommend!!!!

Paid off my car loan back in July of 2020. Still have not yet to received the lien to the title. Called and email with no response in return. Will change rating to 5 star once lien is received. Communication besides "making a payment" about anything else is such a hassle. Almost feel like being con. UPDATE! Ask for Greta, she’s awesome and found exactly what happen.. previous rep never sent the lien. Hopefully will receive lien within a week. Will change to 5 star when lien is received as previously stated.

This bank is awesome to work with. They have low rates and great customer service. Elias has helped me through some tough times and gone to the fullest extent to help me maintain a working relationship with my banking needs. Recommend them to anyone looking for a new loan or banking service! Paying your bill can be done by phone or texting!

Wow!! What an amazing feeling to finally have my van paid in full. It has been a rocky road to say the least. Elias, was very instrumental in my success. He remained very helpful and professional with a great amount of personality. I've never felt as though he/they were "bill collectors" they loaned me the money when I needed it most. Even when I was late and Elias had to call me, he was never rude even though he had to track me down. It was always "what can I do to help"? Difficult to work with, high interest rates, rude customer service (Elias), and they don’t know what they’re talking about 99% of the time. Save yourself time, money and grief, don’t use this company! Elias, who answered the phone, threatened to repo our car off of a dealers lot after we traded it in and they had already received a payoff amount from the dealership. The bill that is sent in the mail is literally a piece of paper that has been torn off of another paper and it’s put into an envelope and mailed out. Scott is very nice and polite. If u call I hope u get Scott!
