Getting access to safe deposit box difficult too often. One day at 2pm I was told both of the staff able to assist were on lunch break and to come back. Really? When I went to refinance a vehicle they spent more time and effort to sell me investment products. After this review the bank replied telling me I needed to make an appointment to gain access to my box. I did so. It took 14 minutes with two long holds to accomplish it. When I arrived they thought I was there to purchase a box. Now today the phone person said no reservation required. Confusing. Your bank is only as good as its processes. I have a large amount of cash there. I will be joining another bank and close out here.

I love Spire after 15 years at Wells Fargo and the nickel & diming for everything, it's nice to go to a place with friendly staff, great rates on products and nominal fees (if any) for many of the things I used to get hammered on from WF. Great bank that I would highly recommend! I have my personal and business accounts with them and have been very happy!

We've had great experiences with the Spire Mora branch! Both Sara Engblom & Jessy Stewart made our loans a smooth process! Drive thru is speedy and friendly too!

Please, please, please make an ATM only drive up lane. It’s frustrating having to wait all the time for people that just can’t help themselves from using the drive up window lane which blocks access to the ATM.
