The whole reason I liked banking here was simplicity of use. I had $100 per paycheck come out of my checking at one bank that would go into my savings at Heartland. Later I called and increased that figure to $200 per check. Since then, I have fallen on hard times. My wife got laid off and I am responsible for the bills. I call today to keep all my money in my checking account, just for the time being so I can pay my bills. Out of nowhere I need to fill out a form to do this. The rep I spoke with tells me it has always been this way. Well you're either lying to me or you don't know any better because there was never a form, just a phone call. We set up a simple ACH transfer every other week and it was all done over the phone. Fast, simple, convenient. Not any more!
