Associated Bank, North Branch, MN

Got an account. Made sure it was set up to not overdraft and loe and behold not long into having an account it got allowed to overdraft and because i couldnt pay back the fee, i now owe over 200 in 7 dollar A DAY fees. Not going to do business with a company that promises one thing and delivers disappointment.

Had checking and savings accounts , went into this branch to reduce amounts and was not told of large fee penalties if dropped below certain amounts, well guess what happened..

Awesome bank, free coffee, fast service tons of perks. Online is super easy. The people in this bank are very friendly and greet me by first name. I plan on banking here for the rest of my life. Highly recommend.

Been using this bank for about 20 years for personal and business use. Super friendly staff, easy to work with. They're a bank - what can I say...they do their job well!

The app for mobile banking is down more than its up. Whoever the IT person is, they do a horrible job. It’s down again as I type this. The workers at the actual bank in North Branch are all fabulous though. It’s just whoever handles all their net issues.

I've had all my accounts at associated bank since I was a very young child! And all my family has had there's there too. It is my belief that I've been charged so many fees over all those years as they've shown on my statements. As of lately, I've become extemely frustrated those fees! I went to the branch on Crestview drive to ask for 2-$3.00 fees to be put back in my account and the branch manager said they wouldn't and when I said I wanted to close all my accounts. So I could take my banking needs elsewhere, she told me they wouldn't return the fees to my accounts. After many hours and talking back and forth, I left without my money. I'm Christian and put this whole thing in God's hands for him to take care of. I feel very confident that things will all work out the way there supposed to, praise God, hallejuah. I've spoken to my psychiatrist, so he can help me through these troubling times.
