Absolutely horrible, have been waiting over 2 weeks for a vehicle lien card that was paid off in cash. I could understand a few days maybe. Was told it would be mailed out in a week and then it was two weeks, now it’s over 2 weeks. I’d be surprised if it’s within four weeks at this point. Absolutely terrible, I would steer anyone away from an institution like this.

Horrible service ever since I’ve been banking with them. Poor communication as people have said before and horrible attitudes when you ask them questions about your own money. I don’t see this establishment being open another 10 years with how much people have complained. Would NOT recommend banking here at all.

This is an excellent bank. Customer service is always top notch and they have been very helpful to me. Taking out a loan was a very straight forward and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

Always having problems with this bank and I’ve only been with them for 6 months. Either an error with my card or very heavy lack of communication. I’m in the process of closing down my account and going somewhere else.

I have been with SouthPoint for something like 8 years now (formerly in New Ulm) and they have been such an amazing bank/credit union. I don't have amazing credit but they helped me out when I needed it for a debt consolidation loan, after the big corporate banks had tuned me down. So I have stayed with them ever since. Everyone at all locations have always been very friendly and helpful. One comment I have to make on Rebecca Ehlke's 1 star review - lol go look at her other reviews - so she is giving banks that turned her down for a loan 1 star reviews. I'm sorry Rebecca but it sounds like you just have absolutely terrible credit, and banks have the right to turn you down. Learn how to give accurate reviews. Believe me, my credit is nothing to be proud of, but SouthPoint still loaned to me. You must have a REALLY low score.
