TruStone has been fantastic to work with. I came to them with specific needs and assumed it would just be basic transactions. Their customer service is top notch. They go over and above to make sure that everything is as smooth as possible.

What the hell is the point of this reviews …. Anymore . The time has moved on but it seems as if humanity just go lazy. But here’s my proof ; The store will stay open because ppl still give them money to be open if you don’t want a bank or store to thrive . Start with people 1000 ppl can do more damage , removing themselves from the bank /situation . Then only one person many time threw history has humanity proven this logic . Ripples believe it or not

Hi. I went to TruStone from a referral from another credit union in CA, because US bank (have checking with them) was not able to assist me with my checks here in MN. I spoke to KT and worked with me to deposit my checks with him and TruStone. Because my situation was out of the ordinary, KT was able to work with me and his bosses to get my business. I couldn’t be more happy with the ease in which KT made this happen. Fast, productive, efficient and effective!

Worst Bank I have ever been too. No sense of urgency. Card was stolen and needed a new card. You go in there to get your card remade you need to wait at least 20-30min. So forget trying to go in there on your lunch break. They close down the card remaker at 5pm so if you work til 5pm good luck on trying to make a new card. Now I will have to go without funds for the weekend.Worst customer service wish Firefly never merged with Trustone. I will be switching banks since they dont take customer service seriously.
