Woodlands National Bank, Onamia, MN

I have called several times I swear know one works there. I called and was 4 in the Q meanimg on hold then after 45 minutes on hold the machine tells me I'm 6 in the Q. I stayed on hold for 1 hr and 6 minutes then hung up because I have things to do then sit on the phone all day. Very disappointing

This is my THIRD time calling with no one answering after I drove up there to change my address and it still not changed. My account also got hacked more then once here. I’m finally switching banks !

Banked there for years but think I have to leave . There app works great when it works , I once had my debit card froze and nobody called me . Now I don’t have a debit card because it expired and they didn’t order a new one . Down hill

Well I think that they do a great job and are friendly
