Premier Bank Osseo, Osseo, MN

I stopped in the open a business checking account. Really had the feel of a small town bank. Everyone greeted me with a smile, and they were so competent in getting my questions answered and getting my account opened. Looking forward to banking with Premier for many years to come!

Iwould never do business, or recommend doing business with a bank like Premier. My banking is online. I am not a Premier customer, but recently received a $30 check (damage deposit) for my former storage unit, which was drawn on Premier Bank Osseo. I called Premier to inquire about cashing the check, and was told that the fee would be $18. Highly unethical, if not fraudulent.

What a bank, the WORST customer service I have EVER received! A 15 dollar check cashing fee, I'll Stick with Flagship Bank and Minnesota Lakes Bank.. The guy behind the window didn't know a dam thing.. Never will I be back into a Premier Bank.

I have been with Premier for about a year, and I have never had any negative experiences with them. The tellers are cheerful and polite.

Excellent. I've never had bad service here! Opened up my first credit card and bank account with them. Never been disappointed.
