I had fraudulent activity on my debit card within Amazon and they told me I was lying and told me I might as well just take it as a loss. Luckily I called Amazon back and told them this and they were friendly and resolved it. Definitely finding a new Bank

So I am not from the area, and I was with my family to go to my sister-in-law’s funeral in Owatonna. I pulled up to the drive-through and I put five $20 bills in the tube. I asked the cashier if I could get $100 bill for that to put in the card for my sister-in-law and brother. I got put on hold for a second and then was told I need an account. All I got to say is I’m sure glad I don’t bank at your bank, I do bank at a very good credit union out of St. Paul. I have never heard of this before in my life.

Used to have a great experience going to the Hyvee location...ever since they moved into their new building, the staff has been less knowledgeable, slower overall, and it’s been less convenient with their reduced hours. Drivethru only after 5pm... used to be open til 7.. a 1 minute trip now takes a minimum of 10.

I have always been happy with this bank. Ive been with them for over 20yrs. Always helping and making sure my visit is all great. I recently met with David the Financial consultant. To fwrd my IRA to the bank from Meryl Lynch to keep it local. He meets up tues and thurs. This bank is my #1 choice
