Nick Branson, was very professional, organized, and friendly. As a first time homebuyer, I initially didn't understand the buying process for property. Nick took the time to walk me through the buying process and make sure that I was comfortable with this big new responsibility. He also answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. Regardless of if you are a first time home buyer or have more expirience purchasing property, I would reccomend working with Nick Branson at Bay Equity to anyone!

Nick and his staff were helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did a suburb job of guiding us through the entire process. There is obviously a good amount of documentation necessary to be approved for a loan, and Nick/staff patiently helped us with ever part of this process and were readily available whenever we had questions. We've been through this several times over the years and this was the smoothest one we've done. From beginning to end, determining which loan option was best for us to closing with the title company, Nick/staff were there for us. Highly recommended!!!
