Citizens National Bank of Park Rapids, Park Rapids, MN

Everyone at this bank is always happy and helpful! In my professional and personal life I have worked with this bank for 15 years and I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service I have received. They have knowledgeable lenders, prompt account representatives and tellers, friendly and kind front desk help, and patient bookkeeping staff. I couldn't be happier with this bank. Thank you CNB for creating such a welcoming and professional environment!

My grandparents were killed in an accident a few weeks ago and we have been informing all parties who would need to know and they sent a condolences card to my parents. Everybody working in the bank signed the card. I will never close my account with this bank because they may be in a small town but they take every interaction and make it personalized. The bank is good, but the people there make this a superb place. I'd give them 10 stars for the review if I could.

Worst bank in town. Loan Officers are un-knowledgeable and not helpful.

Jason Fink screwed me out of my car, with Kia of St. Cloud. This bank was paid for this loan twice over, but still has it listed with a collection agency for 2 different amounts. You will never see a dime. EVER!!!

This is a nice bank with good resources and nice staff. The interior and exterior of the building look great (as can be expected from a bank). I can't say what it is like to bank here but my impressions of the place were good.
