I am always treated with great respect. When I call, my question/concern is solved within minutes in the most professional manner. Im so very satisfied with being a member of MID MN FCU for over 30 years.

Maybe a great place to bank but not very personable when working on a mortgage. I was warned by our realtor and when all said and done ended up going to the local bank even though it cost me about 6k extra. The bank treated us with respect and it was a much better experience. May just be one person that is not personable but I had two friends and a cousin that after talking to had similar issues/feelings.

Longtime customer dedicated to area businesses. Fairly good service with savings products over the years, no complaints. Worse experience ever with a mortgage. Have to agree with the other poster. Poor service, poor communication, minor details missed on their part here and there, over and over causing delays to important closing dates. Simply put, for lending, go somewhere that knows what they're doing for mortgages. Your time isn't important to them.

If you're looking to get out of the BIG bank world and you live in the Pequot Lakes area, give Mid Minnesota a try. I have been banking here for a few years and have been very happy. I was tired of the Wells Fargo and US bank way of banking. Good stuff. Brenda is the person to see. She's as good as it gets.
