They are sooo slooow, I was the only person in line and to make a single check deposit and it took forever. I actually dropped my husband off for a haircut at great clips, drove to the bank and directly back to pick him up and he was done and waiting for me... It is painful banking here and we moved to them from US Bank because they are open earlier, later, and Saturday morning.

Beware!!! This bank has a policy that a maximum of $2,000 a day can be withdrawn from your savings. So if you are planning to buy a new car, or something expensive and want to pay cash, plan ahead and "order" your cash in advance because you will have to wait 10 days. This is completely ridiculous! Who are they to tell me how much money I can get out of my savings per day? Will be closing all of my accounts with Spire....

It takes an army to get a home loan with these people! Very difficult to deal with & very slow at getting back to you with the progress of your loan. Every time they tell you they've got all the information they need from you then suddenly they want even more & it honestly never ends. It's very obvious they really don't like borrowing money!

I've never had any real issues until recently. Since I received my new Spire debit card with the chip it is constantly being rejected at the register. Cashiers tell me it happens almost every time with the customers using the new card. Recently I saw a post on Facebook that people were complaining about it happening almost everywhere thy tried to use the new card. Please fix this problem and I will have no issues with Spire!

Don't do it! This bank only lets you take out a maximum of $2,000 in cash from your OWN ACCOUNT! If you are planning to buy something over 2k with cash, you have to "order" your cash in advance. This is unbelievable! How can they say how much money I can take out of my account and when. I will be be closing my accounts at Spire. Don't fall for the Stoltz charm! He's using your money to get rich! 👎
