U.S. Bank Branch, Pine City, MN

The absolute worst US bank branch location I have been to. The hours are a joke. How does anyone who works get there in the hours they are open? I understand this world is going all online, I do most of my banking online but some things you just have to go into the branch for. Then when you do make it 90% of the staff (1 very nice one) is completely rude and not helpful. I have left more often then not without getting my banking needs met. I wish they still had North Beanch location open. I Had 0 problems for years. I have multiple business accounts (5) plus my personal accounts. I think it’s time to start shopping for a new bank. Maybe a credit union.

Wasted my time. They told me they couldn't cash a check because they're drive through only because of COVID-19...sent me all the way to North Branch! Fyi, the Princeton location had cashed one for me a week prior...same COVID-19 restrictions. Thanks for all the extra time and gas wasted, not!

Love this branch. Smaller town hospitality at its finest. Frank is always super helpful and ready to assist with any banking needs.
