They steal you're money and try and call it fees.

For just regular banking they are fine. If you want a loan GO ELSEWHERE. The loan officer that set up my loan was not honest. Now I have a very large balloon payment I have to pay. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income and a balance of this amount is really going to hurt. I was very specific when I set up this loan. I told her 5 times NO balloon payment. I will be changing banks as soon as i get a new account set up elsewhere and contact all direct depositors. This is very inconvenient for me, my depositors are from out if state.
