You know what? For a local credit union you would expect some kind of support after hours. But no, you get nothing but robots.

This credit union rocks. They have always taken very good care of us. Got a cabin loan and it was the easiest buy ever with all Traci's help. They call and warned us of suspicious activity on our accounts on a few occasions and always have a watchful eye for fraud. They have helped with on line banking issues numerous times, and always are helpful and pleasant. We met with Traci about a car loan and Traci's gave us great advice. We are very pleased with how well we are treated.

Red Wing Credit Union has been 100% AMAZING!!!! Went to Leah for my first boat loan when other credit unions and banks said the boat was to old. Leah said no problem! Since then I am on my 3rd Boat with Red Wing Credit Union. I walk in they always have a smile on their faces. Leah has gotten to the point where she knows what I am coming for before I even have to say anything :-) Great people and a Great place to Bank! Would recommend everyone. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

I bank here and all the employee are friendly and helpful they do their best to answer and solve anything or question you might have.

No support after hours, which the hours are absurd as well. Don't bank with them.
