My daughter & I just bought a new home together, and this was our 1st experience at Hometown Bank, and we had an awesome experience!! We mostly worked with Kayla, & she made us feel so comfortable, and made the whole process go so smoothly!! Everyone was so helpful & nice!! I'd Highly recommend working with Hometown!

HomeTown Bank is a friendly place to go! Lisa is the best loan officer we have worked with! She is dedicated to her clients and helping them achieve positive outcomes in their financial journey! The bank is a scam right from the start. Hometown Bank, Hometown decisions. It's absolutely false that this bank cares anything for it's community. If words were ever a tool for manipulation, the name of this company takes the cake. If you want some local support do not look to this bank, unless you have some gluttonous reward for their take of the pie, they have no time to even run the numbers. When your banker does everything in his power to prevent your success, move on. Especially when you can see it's obviously personal, or else they might have just ran the numbers like any other bank sending you junk mail, at least they try to help. My Redwood Falls HomeTown Bank truly feels like home. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is beyond any bank I've ever worked with.
