Worst possible company to have EVER worked with. We’ve been fighting with them for almost a year now on trying to pay off our old home loan, in which they screwed up! We have gotten a bill every month that varies from $3,000 to $12,000. My husbands account online says we owe $1600. My husband has called NUMEROUS times, we’ve exchanged emails, and letters. Every single time we owe a different amount of money, we were told today we owe $19,000. Then in the next conversation with someone new it was $5,000. NO ONE is on the same page! Each customer service rep sees something different on their computer. No one can see the call logs that have been made or the letters exchanged. It’s beyond frustrating!!!!!!!! I can’t say enough bad things about this company.
