First Alliance Credit Union, Rochester, MN

I have used First Alliance Credit Union for years and I wouldn't use another facility. They have been so good and helpful throughout the years and I have recommended to friends who have also showed great satisfaction towards them. Online banking is a breeze.

I have been with first alliance for years . They have treated me so unfairly . Be careful about listening to their loan people . They will tell you all sorts of incorrect information about preparing for a loan . 3 times , I’ve done exactly what they’ve asked of me . And 3 times they denied me . They don’t care about their clients , not even a little bit . The best thing you can do with first alliance is just stay away . Their employees are sneaky and facicious . There is a woman named Candace , she talks to you like you are a peasant . I’ve never been treated so badly by a business .

My interaction with Lisa was very nice. She was cordial and professional. And she addressed all concerns.

By far, First Alliance has been the best bank I have worked with to secure financing for my vehicle purchases. Their rates came in 5% lower than all of the other financing options. My loan advisor, Amra, was fantastic. She was very prompt in her communication and was a true advocate for me with her organization. They will always be my first option now for loans moving forward.

Too me all banks are same. It’s not easy entrusting anyone with your hard earned money. But let me tell you a story about this particular branch. The staff there treats you like you are a close relative. Ever since I’ve moved here 3+ years ago, First alliance CU always had my best interest at heart. I have 2 car notes, a credit card and even a personal loan from there. And even when I just go in to get a cashiers check or quarters for the laundry room. lol!! My family and I have been treated very, very good. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Thank you
