So I’m not sure how , or why , but first alliance was able to delete my last review . Be careful dealing with this bank , specifically this location . They will tell you what you’d like to hear , not the reality of your situation . Also , they will shut off your account , without speaking to you directly. If I can save one person from getting an account here , I will feel appeased.

It was very easy to set up a checking and savings account online. I worked with Sami and she was super helpful and had great patience having to fix some of my mistakes. My experience with Braedon at the Byron branch was just as great, he took the extra time to make sure my card would work correctly when I went to use it and took the time to give me the step by step for some questions I had.

You need to have a larger device to view online page. The online website is the only place you can print off statements... If you call the bank they will charge you $5 a statement to have it emailed to you. (Not mailed, but emailed.)
