Traveled around the world in the military for over 20 years and I continue to move around in the US since retiring. Premier Bank has always graciously assisted me with my banking needs wherever I''m living.

Happen to be too. My debit card stopped working. I ordered a new one and they charged me $5 for a new card. Didn't want to argue over $5 so I just paid it. I been a customer for over 10 years but no waiver on the fee.

Having banked there since 2003 I've never had a problem and have always received good service.

This is the worst bank they falsely accuses people of being pushy just for asking for a debit card they mobile online banking doesn’t really work you have to keep calling the bank to let you in on your account it’s just the worst I will never try another premier bank
