Byron Call went above and beyond to help us get a contingent approval. (day of) Which led to our offer going through and ultimately getting accepted immediately. Mind you, he was able to put this together on a Saturday for us. For Reference --prior to going to him we went to the bank and knew it was going to be a long drawn out process and we did not have the time to sit around and wait -- Without his help I believe our wishes would not have been possible.
