I reached out to Jon in attempt to get a mortgage. I sent him all the paperwork he requested and after a couple of weeks of no contact I attempted to reach him for an update. I was never able to reach him and never heard from him. A year later I tried again. Again, I sent the paperwork to him and never heard from him. I reached out via email and phone to no avail. Don't waste your time.

This was our 3rd time buying a home, and One Mortgage has been our best experience! All of our options were clearly summarized and Jon Kern took the extra time to explain any and all questions and considerations we had. By the time we were finished applying for our mortgage we felt well informed and confident of the choices we had made. Jon is incredibly knowledgeable and adept at breaking things down to very simple and understandable terms.
