Loretta and the district manager (forgot her name, sorry) were very helpful and patient with every customer I saw them help, including myself! Some of the best and friendliest staff I've been in the company of. Highly recommend this place as they make it their goal to help everyone they can.

She was amazing very thorough with everything and she even said thank you because I was probably the first person she's had come there with all of their documents necessary and she just had a really good attitude towards me which was very appreciative very patient woman. Thanks Jeretta u r really amazing and made me feel super comfortable. I'm definitely not going anywhere else because I don't think anyone will match her great attitude and customer service skills honestly.

Omg Jeretta she really needs to be promoted it really got busy in spite of that she stayed very professional. Plus moves very quickly and she has an great spirit and she works awesome with costumers I love this woman I'm from Texas we don't get that type of help

Shar was amazing! I called about an hour before close last week and she was polite over the phone and just as much as when I arrived 25 minutes later despite it being almost time for her to get off of work and with handling multiple customers in person and by phone. I hope she’s treated well by her employer because that’s often times what keeps employees sometimes more than just the pay. Thanks Shar for your assistance!

From the minute that I realized that I was going to have to use a check cashing place for a money transaction my mood and spirits took a dive right into the mud. I walked in the door and couldn't tell if they were open or not. And I'm so happy and relieved to be able to say that my mood took a straight up magic carpet ride all the way up to the top of faith in customer service mountain. I was shocked and humbled to say the least. The gentleman who helped me out was great. He actually communicated and was understanding of my situation along with reassuring about the process and all of the possible charges and issues that didn't occur but maybe could in the future. I would 10000% do business with them again!!!! and no way in Tokyo would I ever, ever, never never ,ever go down the road on Lexington or anywhere else. They did a fantastic job and I appreciate that
