Brought in a cashier's check that is valid money. They said they couldnt verify that it had money. They took my check that was already signed and refused to give it back. So basically they stole $1000 from me.

The representative Toni was so helpful. I came in and was having a hard time trying to make a payment because of limits on my CA card. She was so helpful and was trying to help me the best way she could. She was so sweet. She helped me open an Ace Flare card so I don’t have to run into limit problems paying bills I can’t pay online. It’s hard enough dealing with some check cashing places sometimes. So Thank you Toni girl for making a stressful moment positive and helping me figure out what’s best. Much appreciated *smooches*

I go to the Ace on West 7th in Saint Paul. There is a newer woman there name Toni that makes my visits pleasant. She is patient and friendly( Thank You). A couple of months ago I was ready to walk away from Ace because of a bad experience but instead I complained to customer service and they called me and talked to me. Your employee that served me today at the west 7th location is very professional has awesome customer service skills. He was polite, kind and assured everyone that came in the door that he'll be with them. He gets employee of the year.
