Charge a nice hunk to cash a check. Good lawd this isn't New York City now!!! Yet I did find a morning gentleman trying his best to cash my check when I made a mistake and tore a little piece off from opening it!!!!! Usually timely fashion handling business!!!

The teller was very nice and when I go they always try and help everyone with a smile. And they are fast and friendly

I believe her name was Vivian . She was awful !!!! 🤢 I came the day before asking what is needed to apply for a loan . She stated that I needed a piece of mail . When I came the next day with just that she said we would need a utility bill . I told her okay I’ll just go print it off . She said no because it has to come in the mail . I told her that the one I’m printing would be the same exact one in the mail . She said no it wouldn’t work because we needed the envelope . ENVELOPE!!!! She then went to tell me how I better hurry because they closed at 7 it was 6:37 and she didn’t want to start a loan process after 6:40. This is ridiculous she clearly did not want to do her job and was rude unhelpful and lied . I am disgusted at the fact she didn’t want to help me . My only thoughts is that because I am a black woman . She was a white woman with a smile on her face as she told me it wouldn’t work. I went to the Unbank on university and they processed my loan with no problem . Absolutely hate this location and this . She’s also racist so be sure if you’re black to go to the university location because she won’t help you !!!!!!!!!
