Although they weren't able to cash the check I presented, they gave clear explanations of why, which were believable, and the help I received from both employees was friendly, quick and informative.

Went to work for this company and I asked a question now is it me or don't you ask questions when you want to know something?so I asked a question and I got Myra the training to not want to train me over a question then turns around and says that she been observing me I started yesterday by reading the training book as I finished reading today also they kept me there even though they planned on not letting me finish working there this is the reason why this company is willing to train people they cannot keep people around because this lady Myra what ever her name I was treated unfairly over a question sorry place to work for the manager sat there and tried to agree with me run the cameras see what happened sad thats ok I took another position paying better with better people this a fair warning to everyone trying to work for unbank its nit worth it costed me time I cannot get back!

Been here multiple times. Every time i go they are rude. Its in a convenient location if you are in the midway area but i wish they would make better decisions with who they employ because its makes what could be a good establishment look bad.

They have been my banking alternative for almost a decade now w direct deposit, debit, phone & electric bill, money orders, rolls of quarters. Even long lines go quickly. (Half hour tops). I will be called personally if a deposit is early. Some new employees will be snippy but the one who has been there a long while w an accent… SHE IS THE BOMB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went to cash my check on a Sunday morning around 10am an this heavy set lady with braids in her head was very mean to me I was at another money gram in Minneapolis they had me to sign the check but the cashier was new she told me they don’t cash check anymore at that location so I had to drive to St. Paul on University an they had a sign that say if checks are sign they will not cash your check so I told the lady an she was really nasty to me an I was about to go there but I humble myself because God deal with evil folks like her someone needs to fire her because she don’t no how to treat her customers period.I will never go there again for anything.

Went yesterday at around eleven am. 10/13/21 The girlie was super super nice and respectful. Couldn't cash my check because it was over 90 days old BUT she tried to verify it and the person at the office was out for a couple days. I really appreciate a kind human being. Xo

I really like this place. Whenever i have to cash a check, I always go here. And every time it usually takes only 10-20 minutes. Because of this place, I was able to make my college payments on time! I don't know what i would do without them. And every time i go there i am always explained the charges and fees. Love it here! I strongly recommend for anyone looking to cash checks. Unfortunately for loans, I don't know much.
