I recently bought out a leased vehicle and the staff at HomeTown Bank made the transaction so smooth and comfortable. Alex and Jen were so helpful with questions and explained the whole process right down to how much I pay each month. I would recommend them to anyone that asks as everyone at this local branch is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been a customer for literally decades and it's been a delight to work with the same friendly faces over the years and to meet great new additions to their team. I always leave with a smile on my face and peace of mind knowing that I'm in good hands.

I am sure more often than not the people here at this branch are pleasant and easy to work with. My experience is different. Bob the president of the bank will get upset with you if you tell him the customer service is less than par and will rase his voice. Find someone else to work with if you expect people to lesion and take your constructive criticism in a positive manner and improve from it. I did read the other reviews and like I said from the start it may be the exception but we are defined not by our mistakes but by how we fix them.

Jacob at Hometown Bank (St Peter, MN) was so great to work with. He helped my son with his 1st auto loan. Made the whole process non-intimidating and put my son at ease with his friendly personality. Thanks Jacob!

They greet everyone by their first name when they walk in or drive up. They genuinely care about their customers I love banking where it’s so personable and you know your bankers.
