This is not the best option if you are seeking kind, customer service focused attention. I have an existing loan from an office in Iowa that was so helpful and knowledgeble, so I reached out to this office in my current area, and it's apples to oranges. Rude call, pushy vibe, and when I said the attitude was a problem I was met with more attitide. Every job I've had since the age of 14 has been in sales/customer service so I take reviews very serioulsy, as in I give praise when it's due, or speak the truth if I think it will help another person in the future avoid unnecessay distress. It's not hard, put a smile on your face, and be kind to people if you want their business.

Not helpful as they use to be this morning I call them and it was a lady who was talking to me but definitely she need to train how to serve customers and uses polite words to the customers. Chris was the guy who was helping the customers but too bad he don’t work there anymore

Great staff, very informative and professional. Sam was great super helpful and kept in contact with me during the whole process. I was super impressed at actually how quick and easy the whole process went, I even had the funds in my account the very next morning. I highly recommend them.

We applied for a loan and got approved but later on they called back and said the money we made doesn’t qualify for the loan even though they are the worst company to have financial services LOL how come they didn’t say that when they reviewed everything about our credit. don’t trust them all they want is your money and a waste of your time go look for a better financial services.

These folks were beyond helpful!! They made getting a loan so very easy. Every time I ran into a "snag" they were right there to assist in continuing the process. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loan.

fairly easy process- a bit of a pushy rep but over all it was a pleasent expirence. I knew what I wanted and didn't need upsold but I was given more options than I requested to make the right choice for us.
