STEER CLEAR! Holly the teller just told me to my face that I was a joke and kept saying she is taking my name down. At one point she told her co worker to take my name down whom nodded in agreement. I guess they’re coming after me outside of the bank. I’ve never experienced worse service in any establishment! I literally just opened a business account here but would advise anyone considering doing the same to save your time. WORST! SERVICE! EVER!

Done with them! $210 overdraft fees when I have it setup to decline transactions? Then get hung up on by the help center? Cool. SUPER EXCITED to never bank here again.

Firefly is very secure and offers me the flexibility and variety of options that I need as a young adult. I wish I started banking here earlier when I was a teen. On a personal note, I really dislike corporate banks (Wells Fargo) who sell your debt and do other nasty things, so Firefly was really a no-brainer. I got an auto loan with 30% down and I have a credit card with a decent limit. Getting the auto loan was straight forward and Mike K. really helped me get what I was looking for. All of my transactions so far have been professional and kind.

We recently applied for an auto loan through Firefly Credit Union in Shakopee. My Loan Advisor was Jesse Lara. He was very knowledgeable and made the entire loan process simple. Not only did we get a great interest rate, but he took his time in answering all of my questions. We will definitely contact Jesse for any future loan needs. Truly a five star experience.

Was very impressed meeting with Jesse at Firefly. He was very knowledgeable in the products and services they offer and what would be the best fit for me and my situation. My daughter got a car loan through here. They are con artists. She had full coverage insurance when she bought the car. The insurance was accepted and hasn't changed at all from the beginning. At some point they tried applying a CPI fee of over $1,000. No notice, no nothing. She called, got it removed, but they still charged her for a late fee for not covering the fee they made up. This company is shady and make up fees and basically rob you. We will be taking further action against them and the dealership that recommended them.

Jessica was amazing! Needed to consolidate, did so very quickly and professionally. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a bank!! Thank you!!
