This company was recommended per a mobile home realtor. So my husband and I applied. However, once we told them we could only do 5% down (thanks Covid) instead of the 10%, communications started to be inconsistent if they occurred at all. We tried to voice our concerns to move forward with doing business, but they completely blew us off. Completely unprofessional.

Chuck and Michelle made the home buying process fun, exciting and most of all smooth. From the very beginning I felt like they were genuinely just as happy as I was that I was buying my first home. Their communication with me was flawless; always responding via email, text or by phone. Following up with me before I have to look for them is a priceless quality to possess. I recently refinanced with Berins Enterprises and here are my thoughts. First off they had an incredibly friendly staff. I worked with Sam and he made my refinancing painless and kept me informed on the different steps through out the whole process. Extremely responsive and flexible, they were willing to work around my schedule which I truly appreciate. They were able to lock in a great rate for me, lower my mortgage length a year, and help me in removing my PMI by switching me from an FHA loan to a conventional home loan. I can not recommended them enough.
