On July 20, I phoned into the telephone banking system and was alerted that I had $6 for a balance. Upon further investigation, I found there had been two unauthorized debits from my debit card account, totalling $89.02. I went immediately into my local bank (Spring Valley branch), feeling panicky, and was graciously assisted by a customer service clerk named Kim. She calmly helped me through the steps to cancelling my debit account and setting up a new one, plus the other steps to get my checking account refunded. Caution! Be aware of your surroundings when using your debit or credit cards! It's summer and the hackers are out in full force!

We needed help with a loan to purchase a lot for our future home. Charity R. did a great job walking us through the process. We are awaiting the results of all the paperwork. Thanks.
