Ideal Credit Union, Stillwater, MN

Great service from everyone here. Linh Nguyen is usually the one at the front desk and she's always helpful, but everyone here is great. They've worked with me on refinancing my car, and keeping track of my account is ridiculously easy. I couldn't recommend ideal more.

2 weeks ago I inquired about a loan and throughout last week I went through the process of applying for the loan. I have never had such an easy and pain free experience. Katrina was quite honestly the best banker/loan officer I have ever dealt with. She was so nice, polite, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She returned all my calls and e-mails promptly. I honestly looked forward to chatting with her because she was just that pleasant to talk to and made the whole process completely pain free. Thank you Katrina and thank you spire !!!!
