Two Harbors Federal Credit Union, Two Harbors, MN

Have been locked out of my account 3 times in the last 2 months. I'm not very happy. It's a pain to have to call and reser security code everytime I turn around

Not amused. After my car loan was paid off, problems started to trickle in. Statements started being sent to an address I never provided and I was charge $10 per piece of mail returned. $3 fee per month that I had a "inactive" account (even though it was intentionally a savings account). Deeply deeply dissatisfied. If I could give a zero I would.

I bank there. Very nice new building.

I had asked a while back for two harbors federal credit union to fax something to my bank in my home state so I could try to refinance my car through my bank and they did not. Then when I asked two harbors federal credit union if they could refinance my car they then asked if I was going to move back to Minnesota. Since I have 2 jobs and trying to pay off my car and can’t move anywhere until I pay off my car and get a loan for a house was basically told by the bank that they could not help. Then when I asked for a new debit card because the one I have has been having problems with the chip and now my account is invalid. So if your a Minnesota resident and have a credit union account or any bank account don’t leave the state or they might say they can’t help you or make your account invalid.

Generally, I have had positive experiences here. The ones that have been less than positive were usually due to a misunderstanding! The people in the offices are the most helpful!

Don’t expect to get anything done with speed at this place. Whether it be lein releases, mobile deposits or anything else.
