I have been with this bank for many years (30 +) and they are the best! I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a banking establishment!!! Thank you Cities for all your kind, honest and friendly service all of these years!!!!!

I called cities today with a question about my credit card account. Lisa (?) who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. It instantly reminded me why I had closed most of my accounts here years ago. (Similar rude customer service )Now this one will be closed too so I no longer have to do business here!
