Menu options do not include questions about your checking account debit card. I calld for 40 minutes all 4 different towns and no answer, this has been a problem more then once . This never a issue with American Bank!

I started using this bank several years ago. My reasons were they were local, friendly, employed local people and worked to keep the customer happy. But changes to how they treat customers who make honest mistakes; have lead me to second guess their "local and friendly" attitude. I once respected them for respecting their clients but that has clearly changed. I know I won't put a big dent in your client base; but you just lost me.
